Another homerun for our Willamette Valley blend of our estate-grown fruit and old-vine fruit from the Eola Hills. Deep and concentrated dark fruit along with the earthy spice that is quickly becoming Ayres' signature on your palate. You'll go back to your glass again and again. It's a wine you want to drink; it's a wine that makes you think.

Piper Pinot Noir

Piper is the new kid on the block (and is named in honor of our own resident piper). This luscious bottling, comprised entirely from estate fruit, is a symphony of our three Pinot Noir clones blended together (667, 777, and 115). It sings in your mouth with rich blackberry tones, graham crackers and baking spices, along with that forest-floor goodness. Bravo!

Ayres Pioneer

The best of our barrels and the biggest wine of them all! Pioneer is back in full force, comprised entirely from a single Pinot Noir clone (667), the first vines to grow in Ayres' soil ~ our vineyard's sweet spot. The color will blow you away, the leather-wrapped-with-fruit flavors will fill your mouth and satisfy your soul.
